This company has been hard to deal with. I got conned into spending 179.00 and if I wanted to I could refund after reviewing. I sent back material (Delivery Confirmation) as well as have copies of all. I was told a refund was issued on a certain day, I called back to check the status and was told refund was turned in 10 days later from the original date it was supposed to be in. Now I have called alot to find out if they are gonna refund or what. I keep getting the same person (G.F.) and keep getting the same answer. He will call me with a referance # for my refund. I told him I wanted an answer and that I will call everyday. He gives me the run around EVERY TIME!!!
I asked for the Owner (P.G.), who was happy to get on the phone to sell me but isn't able to find the time to call me to answer questions about my refund. They say thier refund period is 15-30 days. NO IT'S NOT!!!
I will keep on calling until I see a refund.
