Worst Customer Service Experience of My Life

Waaaaayyyy in June I requested a Verrucci Retro Scooter in the Scootertronics site. I received an automatically created bill in my own e-mail a couple of days later, but which was it - no word on my purchaseis improvement, delivery, etc. Following A week without term, I named to check out-up. At that time Jordan (rudely) advised me the Verruci scooter wasn't in-stock, but when I'd agree he'd deliver me the Meitian scooter instead. "Positive, " I stated, it had been my initial scooter and all I truly cared about was that it appeared adorable and really turned up, (naive I understand, but I am being truthful).

About 14 days later my scooter turned up, in an exceedingly badly battered cardboard container, with both bars protruding through openings within the packaging product and horribly damaged. Used to donot protest however, I had been simply pleased to have my scooter.

Therefore, several small difficulties with physical material apart, I had been ostensibly pleased. (My partner is fairly useful with that type of material and so I did not actually need to undergo Scootertronics for repairs or something).

So here is the issue. I never listed the scooter since it was ostensibly bought as simply anything to experiment with and experience for fun throughout the house. Because that telephone call, I've sent numerous occasions, named repeatedly so when I'venot been flat-out ingored, I've been screamed at and hungup on. Exactly what the heck? I have been only respectful and ethical through all my coping with this idiot, therefore again, exactly what the heck?!?

Eventually, my customer will likely need to enroll the scooter underneath the California condition "Possession In Question" term and delay a complete three years to be able to obtain a clear name, all since "Mess-her-tronics" can not be troubled to complete an email an easy peice of document.
