In April I received a notice that my Fit Factory subscription was going to end-which received anything from Fit Factory. All I did was order an item from the Green Tea Extreme website that I seen on tv! So I emailed the Green Tea extreme website to cancel my subscription and do not bill my account. Someone name Jason Thomas, Customer Care Rep., Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. Replied not to respond back and that the email dated 4/15/08 is a cancellation confirmation.
Thank goodness I saved my emails! Well! I received my recent credit card statement and was billed for July and August! Then I looked back on my on my previous credit card statements and was also billed for April (after I emailed them) and May!!! I just emailed Mr. Jason Thomas again to please follow up on this matter and to credit back my account... Now let's see his next reply! Hopefully, he'll get this matter fixed. So now I just have to sit back & wait for his reply... It better be a good one!
