I purchased a flower arrangement through Petals.com back in April. I then returned it well within the company's 30 day window in it's original packaging on April 23rd and I even received a receipt from UPS stating that the product was received on April 25th. I still have not received a refund to my MC. I have attempted to call multiple times and the voice recording redirects me to the website. I have placed 3 requests through the website but now all I see is:
