I requested a figurine the first of Feb and from the center of March hadn't acquired them. After asking twice to customer support via the phone as well as contacting through the net-website and never obtaining any solutions I published a notice to Mr. Chris Toppings, Leader, wondering if he might facilitate the purchase. No reaction! In May I ultimately obtained the damaged figurine and delivered it quickly having a shipping confirmation delivery. It had been obtained by Petals on April 16 @9:48 A.M. After five months I eventually asked concerning the refund of $49.90 and customer support had no concept regarding after I may recipient such reimbursement.

Another letter went down to Mr. Toppings and again, NO REACTION! August 13th I named customer support again plus they explained that I really could not keep in touch with a boss however they might assure that my reimbursement could be shipped from the end of July. Why am I not keeping my breathing? The corporation is unprincipled in how they cope with their clients. I got burned before and not obtained any product simply because they went broke and were "not accountable for the prior purchases." Our greatest error was relying them again.
