I ordered a silk floral wreath from petals.com. I returned it on 4/14/07 and followed up by phone to customer service a few weeks later. I was told that the wreath had been received and my refund was being processed. I called back one month later and was told the same thing. It is now 8/2/07 and I still havent received my refund.
As of two weeks ago, the 800 number no longer connects you to the company, it merely tells you to go to petals.com for your needs. I have sent three emails to customer service and have not received a reply. I am, however, still getting their sale emails so assume they are still in business.
