Keeps delaying giving a refund

I signed up with Angel Stevens at the end of May. I was looking to make extra money because money is tight right now. After I signed up, I had to call customer service to receive the first module. Over the phone I was given the link to modules 1 and 2. I waited several weeks and didn't receive anything else. I called back up and was given the links to module 3. I asked for a refund becuase I wasn't happy with the way I had to keep calling. I was told that it was a 7 week course and that I needed to wait until the end of the 7 weeks to get a refund. I gave up arguing with the person on the phone and waited some more.

After a couple more weeks I called again asking for a refund and I was told I had to finish the 7 weeks and that I needed my one on one call with a coach. I told them that it is impossible to schedule a time on the phone to call me and I just wanted my refund. I again grew extrememly frustrated and got off the phone. A couple of days later, I decided to change tactics and called requesting the links to the rest of the modules. I was given them and I read them like I was supposed to.

Again, no where in the modules did it talk about processing rebates. I called customer service again and said that I finish all 7 weeks. The woman on the phone said to wait 2 weeks then the money would be put in my paypal account. I asked her how money would be put in there if I didn't do any work? She said from placing the adds from module 1. I told her that I had signed up to process rebates and not to place ads. I will not place ads and if that is what the rebate processing is, I want a refund. She placed me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later with a different story. She said that placing ads was a way to make extra money and that to process the rebates, I needed to receive my certification by email in the next 24 hours and wait for a phone call from one of the processor advisors. She also said that I would receive a list of the companies to process rebates for once I spoke with the advisor. I asked how long it would take for an advisor to call me and I was told that they couldn't disclose that to me. I asked how many advisors there were, and I was told once again that could not be disclosed to me. I said fine, I will wait for a call.

The next night I received a call from a coach, and not an advisor and I was told by the coach that he couldn't help me with processing rebates and that I had to wait for the advisor to call. I still have not heard from the advisor, and I have called several times requesting a refund but have been told I have to wait until the advisor calls me.in every call I have made, I am told that there is a 90 day money back guarantee, but this company seems to keep putting me off so that the 90 days will be up and then they can say that they don't have to give a refund.
