I filed my rebates submission on time in April. I waited and waited and watched the web site and it stated my rebates were all approved. After waiting sometime, I finally called to see where my $400 was and they stated that is "was in the mail". Of course, we all know that was a lie. After many phone calls, no checks from them.
In August is was then switched to a new processing ceter that was supposed take care of all the rebate problems. (hahahahaha) Their site stated to wait 4 weeks, no change in my status so I called and I was told that the rebates were approved and that they were sent to their processing center and that I should receive them in 2 weeks. She also gave me a phone # to call them to reconfirm ther rebate status. Of course, as we all know, no checks in the mail and the number she gave me was just pre-recorded messages to help no one.
Unfortunatlly, I believed that the rebate was actually approved and did not get her name.
I then called back today, 12-21-06 and was told that my rebates we NOT approved now and they are being researched. I talked to John Emp # 820 and he gave me a phone number 866-274-8573, where I got to leave a message and was promised to get a return phone call within 72 hours. I doubt I will ever hear that phone call from them.
IF anyone can tell me who to contact next as far as filing complaints with BBB, and atty generals and such, please post a reply.
