Come to find out I was scammed like so many other people that ordered the web site through Dropshipdesign.com They advertise free E-mail, well to find out there webmail is a joke. You can only recive mail but you cant use it to reply. So I used the ticket system with a complaint about there webmail. Well neeless to say i get this reply: Following a spam problem we had in the past, we no longer allow email relay through our servers. Our advice is to use an email client to manage your emails like Outlook or Outlook Express. Here are the details needed to configure such an email client: Incoming Email server:
Outgoing Email server: Your own ISP outgoing server (usually mail. ISPNAME.com) Email Username: Email Password. Well I tried there advise to find out I got the same problem as there webmail. Recived the mail but still could, nt send or reply to e-mail. Come to find out there webmail uses Horde. Come to find out Horde does not have any Tec support on this issue. Its only a cheap Webmail program that is free to use. You would think Dropshipdesign.com would correct there server problem. After all we are paid customers through there service.instead they want to pass the buck to us. Now I see why Dropshipdesign.com has a rating of 7 through the BBB.org
