If attempting to scan documents with both sides, and some pages are blank, the order is not correct for the final document. The solution is to write something on blank pages, which can be a huge task in insurance documents that I wanted to scan for storage and later reference.
In attempting to solve this problem by calling Technical support, which could not be solved, I came onto another problem. The software is non-intuitive. Example, to see the user interface that allows one to make two-sided scans is available on the settings button and selecting delete blank page. If you un-select this and select blank page is job separator or some other option, the ability to make two-sided scans is removed. Tech support left me with this option until I insisted, that at minimum the software be returned to the state before I called them.
This is a problem in PaperPort v11. I believe v9 works fine.
