I did the exercises in Carol Maggio's Facercise book. They did not help any of the facial things I was trying to correct, but they damaged by jaw joints.
I never had problems with them before I did the exercises. That was over 6 years ago and to this day my joints still grind and crunch when I chew or yawn or talk and is very aggravating.
I have never been able to fix them with a dentists help or anything else and will have to live that the rest of my life. Avoid that book, lest you want to end up like me.
