Tells item shipped then denies the sale

I ordered 2 memory sticks and notably two hard drives from this company. They notifed me by email that all items had shipped and provided a UPS tracking number.

Only the memory arrived in the box.

I found it impossible to get through to them on the phone (long hold times) and emailed them. They simply provided me their toll free number. My emailed request back to them asked why they just couldn't tell me where the rest of the order was. It went unanswered.

They charged me shipping for ALL items on the first bill, including the drives I did not get.

I finally got through on the phone and they said that the drives had already been sold to another party prior to my purchase. They would only remove about $5 of the total shipping cost, even though they sent me 4 ounces of product and charged me $15.45 S&H.

They do not care about the customer. They only want your money.
