I purchased 75 flash drives from Memory Suppliers out of Chicago (htttp://www.memorysuppliers.com) about a month ago. I was attracted to this item because of the features offered; a leather protective case, write-protect switch and a usb extension cable, as well as the $25 price. Imagine my surprise when I received a shipment containing 75 featureless, inferior drives. I contacted Memory Suppliers and was informed 'we don't carry that model anymore' (even though it's still advertised on their site today) and the Super Talent Flash drives they shipped me were the replacements.
Then, they agreed to exchange the drives I was shipped for the drives shown here —even though these drives are a little more money ($29/ea). Again, I was shipped another batch of inferior, generic drives, not the BusLinks they advertise on the website! In addition, they charged my AMEX card another $404.95 without my authorization, even after I was told I was getting an even exchange!
Today I shipped the items back for a full refund.
