On 6/13 @ 6:04 pm, I placed a GIFT internet order for my husband of three items that totaled $45.74 and $27.36 for shipping (15lbs.). My husband and I received the order on 6/24 @ 3:00pm. TWO of the items were INCORRECT and MELTED! We tried calling the customer service number @ (714) 872-0824 to correct what happened minutes after we received the order and the number went straight to a voicemail that was FULL and we could not leave a message! I called again the same day before 5:00 pm to ensure they would still be open, again no answer and the voicemail was still full and so I tried leaving my phone number as a call-back page for the company to call me back! Again, no reply! As of now, yes we are very frustrated and trying to figure out how we will get in touch with this so-called "company". We looked up the business online and could not find anything except the email address, so we tried it TWICE! Still, no reply! Then today on 6/26, I received a reply email from a completely illiterate or dumb person saying, "What was wrong with your order." (incorrect punctuation and no identity of the person/company) after I had specifically sent all order information and what happened in the previous TWO emails! Wow! So this of course is even more irritating and so yet again, I sent the exact same information concering my order and have YET to hear a response!
*I also did some of my own research on the company to find another method of contact and found out the "company" is run out of a residence in CA and the home phone number was found, which my husband called and left a voicemail (actually able to!) and YES! You guessed it! No response!!! *
BEWARE of this company BEST BULK PRODUCTS!!!
We spent $73.10 and waited almost TWO weeks with absolutely NO satisfaction!!!
