Order not received, and conpany does not answer phone messages or multiple e-mails

I placed an order for $76.46 in April. When I hadn't received it after a few weeks I called the customer service number and they told me there had been a problem with the original shipping, and they were re-sending it within 24 hours. After another few weeks, I called again, got an answering machine and left a message. No one ever replied. I also went on their website and filled out a customer service e-mail - to which i never got a reply. I have since sent multiple e-mails - all with no reply. Now when I call the customer service number, I get a message saying their voicemail is full. I guess I got "took". Unfortunately I only found this website after the fact.
Buyer beware.
