I ordered 3 items from Kennedy's Barber Club through their website. They claimed to send my order, but when I asked for a tracking number, they claimed they sent it USPS and had no tracking number. After several weeks, I had not received the shipment, so I emailed. They claimed to resend the items. Again, same story - no tracking number. After a few more weeks and nothing, I emailed again. They sent the items FedEx this time, and after about a week, I received a package, but it contained only 2 items, not the 3 that I ordered. When I told them an item was missing, they basically said they shipped it, in effect calling me a liar. They refused to refund my money or ship the missing item. Kennedy's Barber Club is a scam!
