Tiger Direct One year after my submission of the forms refuses to send my rebate checks

I've followed every single instruction from Worldwiderebates.com to the letter, sent them all necessary documentation, and provided them with all of the pertinent information on multiple occasions. It's been over one year since my initial application and still, I cannot get them to send me the $35.00 worth of rebates that I am due.

As can be seen in the E-Mails below, they are really not doing anything to help me at this point, they're simply stalling and refusing to provide me with a direct point of contact. At this point, I will continue to pursue this, until they give in.

It is now almost one year since i initiallly applied for these two rebates. There have been 15 e-mails sent back & forth, and i still have not received them. This is my third request for you to provide me with the phone number and contact name for a supervisor who is able to solve this issue. I want to contact that supervisor myself, directly. Please give me that information.

That is the same response that i was given more than two months ago! It has been 10 months since i first filed this rebate! stop giving me short answers, and then doing nothing!

I will not wait another two months for this matter to be resolved. i have asked twice for you to provide me with the phone number and contact name for a supervisor who is able to solve this issue. I want to contact that supervisor myself, directly. Please give me that information, now.

My tracking numbers are included in this same E-Mail, TWICE, at the bottom! You must read this entire E-Mail, and See the E-Mails below, from your department! My original tracking numbers were:

It has now been over THREE months since I began this SECOND attempt to receive these rebates. It has also been SEVEN weeks since your last correspondence. So far, I have received NO response from a supervisor. This is completely ridiculous! How much more effort do I have to expend on this? Please do one of the following, immediately:

1) Issue both of my rebates NOW, and tell me when I can expect to receive them.
2) Provide me with the phone number and contact name for a supervisor that is able to solve this issue, so that I can speak to them ASAP.

Please advise immediately.
