Tgt Soft is a company that sells desktop graphics programs. I placed and order for 2 programs. One copy of StyleXP and one copy of Style Builder. During the course of this online purchase just after I had pressed the continue button, the web page did a refresh to the same page, so I pressed continue again and the transaction was completed. I received an email with my registration codes for the 2 programs but never received the emailed copy of my sales receipt. Upon later checking my credit card account online, I found that the transaction had been charged twice. I immediately started emailing them and got the run around several times. Here though is a quote from their sales rep in one of the emails: "Ok, I will contact the person in charge of sales. Once again I am sorry for
the problems. This doesn't happen to everyone and we are trying to find out
Why it only happens to some and not others." They then offered me additional registration keys to use the programs on a second computer. I don't need that I told them. Besides, had I wanted 2 copies of StyleXP, they had a $5.00 off offer. Now I have to go through the drawn out process of mailing forms and copies of emails, etc. To my credit card company. Oh and let me mention. This double billing caused an overcharge fee of another $40.00 on my account. My fault for letting it get so close, but it wouldn't have happened without their rip off. Stay away from this company as they seem to have no business ethics.
