Since I sign-up and joined this company... I signed-up as a "partner" (that's what they are telling everyone who joins)... But you are just a "member")... I was never an "owner" or a "partner"I paid 280 "euros" to join. Plus I paid another 200 "euros" for "shares" or what they are calling "cares" (they are saying it's called "cares" because the company "worlddect cares for everyone) I joined since the 29th of April. What I have noticed since I joined everytime I had questions and send emails... Everything 'positive' I ask. They reply... But anything Not positive. They never reply. They just pretend they NEVER received my emails. They have this "upgraded softphone version" they have to launch since may.. And then the launch went to july and then it went this time Officially the 23 of august
Had never been launched still... Because since "last month" from the 20th of july.. The company send an "update" saying that they will go "on holidays"
whole company on Holidays!
And I really became very suspicious. Because before they went on holidays I sent more than 20 emails. And had never received a reply... Claiming my money back!
And now I had to wait another month when the company is back from Holidays!
I wanted my "hard-earned money" back... I can use that money for any other MLM better than letting my money in there! And a few times that I really became upset. And from my "back-office"... Where I can draw-out my money and wire-transfer the money to my personal account... It did not work because when I wanted to transfer my money. Next page tells me... Not enough to transfer or
"sorry. Your account balance is not high enough".. Has to be over 300 euros or you have to order a debit-Card which I did. And paid 35 euros for the DebitCard
and never received any debit card till today (3 months now)
And that had made me really "upset" now. And to make this story short... 2 days ago... I received an "update" email. Saying. That everybody to be prepared for us to start making "big money".. And I was just really "cranky" and reply their email that they never responded before... I told them That
"I'm just sick & tyred of your updates and your lies and told them "to piss-off" because I really have enough of your lies!
And this morning i just wanted to login... Just to see if they had received my email... To my surprise... I could not login anymore... And everytime I tried for a few more times... I see "access denied"
I send an email to "[email protected]" and I told them about this complaint that I will be sending and promised them that I will send them a "copy"!!
