Well like most of you here, I got the PMIdentity charge on my account and had to call and wait and wait and wait to finally get the credit. I did not check on the box for that service, I'm sure of it. But I was charged anyway. Then... The report I ordered was an email address report. Out of 150 addresses only 2 were valid. Long story short: I called customer service, emailed them, and got no answers. Finally I did get promised a credit for the service. SURPRISE! No credit on my account. So a month of unanswered email and phone calls and finally a credit. So I decide that I'm tired of people working in the customer service industry and want answers for the rude CSR's and unanswered emails and I was told via email:

How is that for service??? Unreal, and people just get away with it! Stay away from this company there are others that offer services and have polite CSR's.
