During the hard sell on the phone, I agreed to the deal only if they provided me, in writing, the return of all my invested funds at the end of the 11 month period if I did not make the money.
So, they did not send the guarantee. They sent some bogus guarantee instead that indicated that they would send X number of visitors to my sites.in addition, I was told that I could add my current online sales sites to these web pages through their help desk.
Their phone number was unmonitored and it took weeks to even get someone to talk to. After notifying them that I wanted out, just disregard my charges on my credit card and we'll call it even, they would not. I reported it to Bank of America and they arbitrated.
Then, after 4 months, they came through with a money back guarantee, but it was not what we agreed to. Now get this. The money I was paying them was for all this online advertising, but the guarantee indicated I had to prove I had advertised in a reputable venue for the full 11 months. I guess they don't trust their $7000 advertising, and require outside advertising to meet the guarantee requirements. This showed me lack of faith or competency in their own product and I continued to arbitrate for cancellation. They claim they provided the guarantee, but it was not what was promised.
After 8 months, the arbitration at Bank of America finally failed and they charged my account the full amount. Now I am stuck with it, and these guys still don't answer the phone.
Do not say yes
