I purchased a comforter 10/1 confirmation #B204342652. Item never came. Called in December. They said they would contact supplier. Never heard back.
Called 02/13 and spoke with Linda. She said she would contact supplier and call me back. Never called.
I called 02/14 and Linda said item is no longer available and would issue refund in 7 days and they sent an email confirming order canceled. No refund was ever issued.
Called every week in May, no one answers phone - goes directly to voice mail. Emailed 06/09. Got a response from customer service Elise Roman that they would contact me the next day. Never heard back.
I have all documentation to back up my complaint.
I believe they are running a scam operation. They stall until the time limit has run out for your credit card company to handle the issue.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB in southeast Florida. This company has an "F" rating with 64 complaints to the BBB in the last 36 months.
I have also filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
If you have also been scammed, please contact and file a complaint with these offices also. This operation must be stopped and their web page taken down!
