Don't believe the "12 month guarantee" advertised by Berkeley for their Avlimil product. They just use that to sucker you into sticking with them for 12 months. After 3 months of using Avlimil with no effect, I called to cancel my automatic shipments. The rep encouraged me to continue for the full 12 months, and if not satisfied I'd get a full refund. I did my part - they didn't! No refund, just an extra $315 wasted. ($420 total!)
Their explanation - since I started Avlimil in June and their guarantee didn't take effect until September - I had to take it for 15 months in order for me to be eligible for my 12 month guarantee. Sorry, I don't see the logic. It would have been nice if their rep had told me that in October - I would have cancelled and only wasted $105. What he told me was that the exact months wouldn't matter, as long as I used the product for 12 consecutive months. Guess I should have gotten that in writing!
