I cancelled they keep charging my credit card for 5 months now. I want a refund!

I cancelled my account in January by e-mail. They charge my credit card in February, I sent a letter and e-mail and here it is the 13 of June and they keep charging my credit card $69.99 every months. I WANT A REFUND for months march, april, may & june.
