I ordered a custom built computer tower which I received in March. After installing the operating system and all my software, the computer started not working properly. I tried numerous times to email and call the technical support line with no luck. I finally, in desparation, called American Express and put the charge into dispute. Then, I heard from the company. They had me waste several hours troubleshooting and finally told me to send it back for repair. I did this and then waited another 3 weeks to get back the same computer which now will not even turn on.in the meantime, my sending the computer back allowed them to get American Express to close the dispute against them and get authorization to charge my credit card. Luckily, I received a letter from American Express and called immediately to open another dispute. BEWARE, they are not a good company to try to do business with. All they seem to want is to take a person's money!
