I have had a linksys router and a dapter for a little over three years, in those three years i have spent at least 48 hours on the phone with these folks. Not only have thier products not worked on a consistant basis but when you try to call to fix your problem most of the time they find a way to make your problem worse. Over the years i have been hung up on, transfered to just about every service tech in the company, promised a call back that never comes. They have many excuses, 70% of the time they attempt to blame it on your isp, the other 30% is a mix of warentee problems or lack of support from the knowledge base.in other words they are incapable of helping you 24 hours a a day!
I am currently in my 7th hour of being on the hold, im writting this to the sweet sound of a gritty female voice telling me all about their award winning service. I have a wireless usb adapter for my desktop which is a month too old to quilify for technical support but, for $28.00 they would be happy to fix their faulty product, after insisting that i speak to supervisor after supervisor, im still yet to get thigher than level 2. Im on my last nerve, i need something done and fast.
