I recently ordered a Magic Jack for internet telephone service, I was told they would debit my account in 30 days, for $39.95. Well about a week later they took $69.08 from my account. The jack didnt work so I sent it back to them with delivery Confirmation to make sure it was returned. This was in april. I called and could never reach anyone due to thier voicemail number being full of messages. I finally reached them by internet and was told I would recieve my money in 7-10 days. That didnt happen. I contacted them again and ended up online for 2 hours trying to straighten this out. I still as of yet have not got my refund which is supposedly 100% guaranteed. It is Now May 28 th and I have not heard a thing or got any refund? They basically LIED to me and took my money. I am terminally Ill and have a very small income. The $69.08 means alot to me. They have been Rude and I have gotten Nowhere. I cant believe this has happened. They didn't do anything that they Guaranteed? Also there on TV, I am so Disgusted. Also ABC CNN and other major networks have backed them. Beware... Stealing from a Disabled man on a limited income. I hope to see my refund before I'm Dead. But I really Doubt it.
