Charged my debit card account $59.90 without my consent Did not buy anything from them

On 5/28 TW/Eauction charged my debit card $59.90 and I have not purchased anything from them.

I do not even know who they are or what they are trying to sell.

There is no web site or phone number or address for me contact to correct this problem.
