I agree with the other posts here regarding Discount Mugs (Bel, Inc)
Our wedding was almost ruined by them. I cant believe they stay in business with their tactics. I found Discountmugs.com and their website said all kinds of great things, how professional they are and etc. Etc. Dont fall for it. They took our money and would not tell us the status of our order. Less than a week before my wedding they finally told us that they would not ship the mugs and were quite rude about it. Their customer service called me a liar and hung up on me repeatedly. I finally stopped calling because they would pick up the phone and hear my voice and hang up.
In tears, I called a different company in California and their staff was very professional and helpful. I was quite lucky the other company was able to get the mugs out just in time.
Be VERY careful ordering custom printed glassware or mugs from this company. All the slick advertising is phony. Do not order from Discount Mugs.
