On 11-22-5 I ordered 72 mugs from Bel Mugs. The mugs were to be party favors at a Holiday party my company was throwing for our customers. The party was scheduled for 12-16-5. On 12-14-5 I called to track my order. I spoke with several employees, one of which is a general manager for the company. The people I spoke with were rude, unaccomadating, unorganized, and unprofessional. I was told finally that my order "slipped through the cracks". The manager did tell me that if I changed my order to a more simple mug, they could put a rush on the order and the mugs would arrive on time for the party.
Late in the day, 12-16-5 when the mugs had still not arrived I called again to track my order. The woman I spoke with asked me for my name and phone number and told me she would call me back with the information I desired. When 2 hours has passed and I had still not heard from her I called again. I was then informed that the order had not yet been shipped out.
Needless to say, I am very dissappointed with Bel Mugs. Considering the way I have been treated, I can't see how they have ever been able to accommadate any other customer. Their professionalism, and customer care is obsolete and I hope that all other prospective buyers will heed this warning.
