Charged me for a product on my credit card but didn't send me the product

About a month ago, I ordered a veterinary scale from vetscale.com. They charged my credit card, but didn't send me the scale. I have tried repeatedly to call their phone number, and have left several messages, but they have never returned my call. Now when I try and call them, their mail box is full.
I have also emailed them and they have not responded.
