I went to http://www.intelius.com / in order to obtain the address and phone number of an individual. I paid $7.95 for the service. With that credit card information supplied to Intelius, I was fraudulently enrolled in a "Privacy Matters Identity" service to protect me from identity theft. I never received any emails or correspondence from the company on how to use the service, but was charged $14.95 once a month for the last 6-8 months for the service. I would like a refund, but I was also like the company shut down.
