All the items I ordered from (Best Cheap Tobacco) were confiscated by customs in the UK.
The reason is that they did not comply with EU Law:
I.E. The regulations require the vendor (e.G. The internet site) to account for any duty and tax liable in the UK prior to the despatch of the goods.
If this is not done the goods are liable to forfeiture on importation.
In other words, excise goods bought over the internet for consumption in the UK are subject to UK taxes, which must be paid in advance by the vendor for intra-EU purchases.
I did request a full refund of the 166.80 I have paid, but my request was ignored.
They are fully aware of the law, yet continue to trade and rip off unsuspecting internet users.
