Took payment through Western Union and did not send goods

I placed an order on 08/17 with said company. The dbt purchase209940 Wstunion Com 877-989-32 68 MO is what shows on my bank statement, for $127.00. I have been emailing them since Aug. And have never gotten an answer or my goods. Beware of payment through Western Union on cigarette purchases. There is no way to track your purchase.
