First, service for $4.95 per month to be billed one year in advance was offered. However, credit card was billed $79.95. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
Second from 4/6/08 until 4/22/08 this service did not operate properly, continually shutting down. After reporting errors and calling tech support over this time frame, I cancelled my subscription.
I have confirmation of cancellation 1300796 on 4/22/08. This cancellation confirmation stated I would have one year free service.
Credit Card company had given conditional credit on my account, however, on 5/19/08 I received notification my account was again being billed.
To add insult to injury, the free service doesn't operate any better than the paid subscription did.
I am still fighting this decision, notifying this site as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau and contacting President and CEO's of all companies involved.
