On 6/14 my card was charged 1.95 for a 10-day trial subscription to end on 6/22. I cancelled from the website that has a tab labeled "easy cancellation" on 6/21 at 10:00am EST.
My card was billed 79.97 on 6/22. When I called customer service, I was told I could not get a refund for 3 business days and there is not a tab for cancellation on the website. The agent made statements like" I don't know what time of day you cancelled if you cancelled at all". I printed out the cancellation confirmation. The product has nothing to offer that you can't do yourself.in order to get assistance, you are required to pay for a subscription at a cost of 79.97 per month.
