Cartoon Passion, bills creditcard without even having the item in stock Internet

On january 11th cartoon passion charged
116.21SEK from my account, without even having the item I had ordered in stock or information on the page about it being out of stock. I was told in a confirmation e-mail that if there were any problem with the order
and it wouldn't get to me within 3 weeks they would notify me of the problem.

I have had to mail them myself time and time again, often
without any reply at all. Mars 6th I finally had enough and said that I wanted a refund. Mars 10th cartoon passion claimed that they have tried to refund me but the refund didn't go through but they would correctthis. Mars 16th I sent another complaint about not receiving my money.

After taking it to merchant abuse I have finally gotten some of the money back on mars 20th. I don't know what has happened with the dollar if it has gone down a lot, but in january 11th they took 116.21SEK from my account and in mars 20th I got 109,64SEK back on my account from Cartoon Passion. I shouldn't have to suffer more than I already have done because of their bad service. Their lack of professionalism has caused me a lot of emotional distress since the item was a Valentines gift and I had to go go through finding something else someplace else while still having been charged the money.

I don't understand how yahoo shopping can let cartoon passion be a part of yahoo shopping. Judging from the customer reviews there have been this sort of problem for many customers since 2003 without anything being done! Yahoo Shopping should get rid of cartoon passion or make sure that they update their page to show what items are out of stock, inform their customers of the delays (they say they will in the first e-mail but they
don't do it) have better customer service that actually answers questions and have a functioning order status page.

Right now they still owe me 6,57SEK. After reading other peoples complaints with them (on yahoo-shoppings page), it feels like they have put it in system. It is very unprofessional to charge a person before one has prepared a package and have the items ready for shipment. I have never before experienced an on line company doing this, usually theyjust reserve the money. And to charge someone right a way for a product that they don't even have in stock is preposterous. It's time that yahoo shopping does something about this. There are a lot of angry and annoyed customers out there judging from the reviews, many which have had to treaten with their credit card companies before getting a refund.
