I ordered two computers from gaintech PC (owned by Joe Jarvis) back in January. One arrived without any parts inside at all. It was just an empty case! But I paid for the whole computer. The other arrived with an old 486 CPU inside, worth like $2, when I paid for a brand new Intel Core2 chip. Mr. Joseph Jarvis has failed to respond to any of my emails and he doesn't answer his phone. I'm trying to get my money back from my credit card company. Buyer beware!
