Has not paid last 2 landscapers

Jarvis contracted my services for the 07/08 season and I still have not been paid. Jarvis also did not pay his landscaper for the 06.07 year. I hope that whomever is cuttign the lawn this year does not go without pay. Do not work for this guy - you might get some money but he will not pay you everything. I had put in 12 requests for payments and the next step is unfortunately small claims
