Yourafterparty.com.Au agreed to organise the after formal party for the then year 12 at Kincoppal Rose Bay School. The sum of $4400 was paid to Mr Kapoor by Ms Georgina Jarvis.
The week before the formal Mr Kapoor wrote to Ms Jarvis and unilaterally terminated the agreement. He made no attempt to repay the money. Ms Jarvis then retained a solicitor who wrote to Mr Kapoor demanding a refund. He replied demanding that each person who had contributed to that amount had to separately apply for a refund even though the payee was Ms Jarvis.in any event Ms Camilla Phillips did apply for a refund of $80 but has never received it.
I expect that this organisation is the same as or owned by the same person as yourformal.com.Au which is presently being investigated.
