Fraud! Does not respond to emails. Promised to refund money but did not!"New York" Internet

I received a phone call from some automated system and ended up miraculously getting to live help. I asked for a refund, and they CONFIRMED that the refund had been processed, however I received NO refund whatsoever. They also do not respond to emails requesting refunds!
