I ordered a face wash product on 3/6/08. I remember seeing somewhere on their site that shipments could take up to 21 business days to reach people so I wasn't alarmed when I didn't receive it right away. But when I sent an email to ask where it was and received no reply I got a little scared. Now I see more and more people have had the same problem. This sucks! How do you reach these people or even report them?
