BEAUTY.com & SOUL.com Ripoff - Takes your money - SENDS NO product

I want to warn people about a Health and Beauty web page who is supposed to advertise to the 'Black Consumer'.

The page is: www.BeautyandSoul.com

I placed an order with this company on OCTOBER 31 and received the 'normal' email confirmation.
However, I did not use a Credit card because I had never heard of the site before and was not familiar with their location.
No contact phone number to reach them, should have been a hugh red flag to me.

Nonetheless, I placed a small order and stated I would pay by check. I mailed my check to the address in Danvile, California NOTICE NO CONACT NUMBER. ONLY A PO BOX and email. BOTH OF WHICH could be cancelled, closed at anytime!

After some time, I still had not received any OTHER emails stating my order was shipped. I checked my bank and found that they CASHED THE CHECK ON NOVEMBER 19TH. Still, by December 14, I had not received ANYTHING. No email, No backorder notice, No product, NOTHING.
I sent the below email to the email address given on their page:

Sir/Madam:
I placed an order on October 31 (ORDER# 103101-010389-167209) and mailed a check to you to cover the cost of the order: $17.52. This check was cashed by you on November 19th.
However, I have yet to receive the product ordered.
Is there a problem shipping this product? Is it out of stock? I have NOT received an email about
any problems with shipping, etc that would cause my order to be delayed 25 days?
PLEASE ADVISE ON THE STATUS OF THIS ORDER.

I sent another email to the customer care email address on december 19:

I would like to again inquire about to the status of the below order placed with your company on October 31. The check I sent to your company was cashed on November 19, however, I have yet to receive the items ordered.
PLEASE CONTACT ME AT THE BELOW NUMBERS OR EMAIL to advise me on the status of this order.

It's now December 27 and I still do not have the product, NO REFUND TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, nor ANY EMAILS from the above.
I honestly do not EXPECT TO GET THE PRODUCT I ORDERED, BUT beware when a page gives NO PHONE NUMBERS and/or ONLY A P.O. Box. This was basic and I KNEW it. Since the order was small, I thought I'd give the people a chance. But after using the Internet for so many orders, this is the VERY FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM with any online company.
