After I entered my order online with this web site, I realized they didn't have a place for an shipping address that was different from billing address. I was ordering something for my sister for her birthday. She lives in a different state than I do. It would have been cheaper for me for them to ship directly to her plus it would have gotten to her sooner.
I tried calling them. You can't reach anyone by phone. They tell you all customer service people are busy. Please leave a message. Or "go to web site and email you problem for faster service".
I have left 2 phone messages and 2 emails. All on the same day I made my order. Its been 10 days now, and I have heard nothing from them. I have sent several other emails to them since the day I ordered and left 2 more messages by phone. You can not reach these people and forget about them answering you back.
When I order something and have a problem, I want to be able to contact the people I am ordering from and talk with a person about the order. I do not like being ignored.
