Ultra Relief - Myomed
Withdrew money from my account without consent - Myomed stopped and Ultra Relief started withdrawing Was On

I found Myomed on a trust worthy free sample site. Advertisment stated to try Myomed for shipping cost only of $4.95. I completed form and did receive 2 little samples.

A few days later I received a full size tube and then saw a charge of $69 come out of my account. I immediately emailed Myomed of the situation and offered to return the full size product.

Myomed did not contact me but did stop the withdraws however i did not get a refund.

Now a company called Ultra Relief is withdrawing $4.95 per month from my account. I have never heard of this company and certainly have not received any products from them. I have emailed company but no response yet.

I do believe the Myomed and Ultra Relief are one in the same. There may even be other aka's.
