I am a former couch for the proccessathome.com company. I was employed by Triad Media and Ivy Capital. I quit because I confronted the company and told them what I thought of their company and was told by the owner, Shane Hackett, Either shut my mouth or quit my job. So I quit and decided to try and help everyone not get scammed.

I work for a company that contracts to several other companies and I do Coaching or mentoring to the people that sign up for various programs through these companies. It has come to my attention that their is a business running out of Bellevue that is all fraud and they seem to attract the attention of senior citizens. They take all their money and leave them with very little. I have personally had 3 clients in the past week from this place. They have paid up to 8,000 dollars (approx) and really do not get what they were promised. I teach various methods to people full time on marketing on the internet. There are other companies that do this kind of thing also, This is the worst I have seen and I really hope you guys can do something with it.

Http://www.processathome.com / eprogram / You can see from that page, their is a form to fill out to be part of an "elite team", That is part of the lie, Yes there is a team and it is me and my fellow coaches. I know 3 other coaches and we all feel this is fraud. I don't directly work for this company, I work for a company that contracts to these people to do the coaching. Its really not up to me what client I get.in truth, anyone could sign up to have a coach to teach them how to build a website. At the bottom of this website on the left, there is a link to the "System" that they teach. It is a ebook, and a bad one at that.
I would be more then happy to discuss this with anyone. If possible, I would prefer to keep my name out of it as this could very easily cost me my job and career

Now if you have been caught in this scam and been going back and forth in emails with the people at Ivy Capital or triad media. This is what you need to do to try and get your investment back.
First thing is to call your credit card company, tell them you have been caught up in a scam and name the company, They might even tell you they have had many reports on them already,
Next thing is to contact a lawyer and get their 30 minute free consultation and see what they have to say. You wont believe the information you can get in 30 minutes if you ask enough questions.
Also contact your local tax people, because I am almost 100% positive that most of you have been conned into getting a LLC in Nevada... Well ask yourselves this, How many offices can go into one area. I would almost guarantee that all of your LLC addresses are
