Having searched everywhere on the internet including online shops and itunes for a particular dance track I wanted to download, directfileaccess claimed they had the song ready to download just after I signed up. There is a $5 charge to sign up, but after you pay, you cannot download anything, and the songs that were ther before access had disappeared. After cancelling my subscription to this service (Tuesday 13th May, just minutes after signing up) and receiving an e-mail confirming my cancellation I thought nothing else of it.
They then sent me an e-mail saying they had taken money out of my account (30) and changed it to billinghlp.com, a website I had not visited or requested products off. Ot seems that the people at direct file access have lied in their description, did not provide what they said they did, then fraudulently passed my details onto a third party to charge my card for products that I did not want, nor have received.
