I was nearly scammed by the DirectFileAccess.com for the same reasons Mike from Massachusettes was on a trial membership. After receiving my credit card payment I immediately received an email indicating my account was setup and was issued a password. Of course the files I was anxious to download were nowhere to be found as previously indicated on there luring page. As with Mike, I emailed them (repeatedly) for two days and got no reply, I emailed DirectFileAccess.com, billingsvc.com and blazingebooks.com (which were all listed on the receipt I had printed out upon payment completion).
I called one of there so called 24/7 customer support numbers (800-903-3637) and all I got was a recording then I was dropped because of a full inbox.By this time, I just gave up and called my credit card company. The transaction wasn't posted yet (thankfully) and I requested that they discontinue that credit card number and issue me a new one, which they did with no hassle and full understanding. Those scammers won't be getting anything from me especially recurring monthly payments. I have since educated myself in religiously doing a scam search on any and all online transactions so as not to fall victim again to these vultures. I suggest you all do the same.
Thank You
