False advertising of unavailable product, unauthorised charges to credit card, no response from 'customer support'

Same complaint as others with this company.

They advertised a product that they didn't have and after signing up at a 'special' deal price of $4.95, they take 5.10 from my card and then again 1 week later take another 5.10.

I have used the 'customer support' form to cancel the subscription but have had no reply.
I can't believe I got scammed!
