Exposed Skin Care
Ripoff, dishonest, unauthorized billing, false advertising, non-existant customer support

I found a link to these guys on the internet, and they had some good reviews that their product worked.

Hoping to save trips to the dermatologist, I ordered the basic kit. It took them upwards of 1 week to bill me, and then another week or two to actually get the product to my door. I emailed them multiple times to figure out why my product hadn't arrived, but I had been billed. I never got a response.

I used the product for a couple of weeks and I can't really say that it worked. But it didn't not work either. This is not my complaint anyways.

Now maybe a week ago they sent me an email saying they were going to bill me again, because apparently the payment system is a subscription. I contacted them using a form on their site (like I did previously) telling them to NOT bill me. Unfortunately I woke up with morning, checked me email, and found that they had billed me. So I have now emailed them 7 or 8 times just this morning to try to get them to give me my money back, and to not send their product.

I am counting on the fact that they wont do that and I am getting a new debit card (since that is what I ordered by) and I am filing with usacomplaints.com and I am going to file with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (which is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National White Collar Crime Center) and I am going to file with the FTC's consumer protection branch.
